Community hack: Part B

Think about those first few people joining your community. Say first 5, first 10, first 50, first 200, whatever the number might be. These are your very first community leaders, ambassadors, and collaborators. The very first future experts of your space.

So what’s the hack?

Find any excuse for a beta program. Get that pre-launch POV. Take that first group of X number of members and build a Founding Members program around them. Let your first members shine; give them a role, give them a Founding Members badge, give them a bigger seat at the table. They’re building with you.
