My habits: Most important meal
You know what they say
I eat breakfast everyday. Nothing has changed from childhood—the most important meal of the day, I’m there.
When I was kid, it was always a bowl of cereal. Nothing really deviated from that. Perhaps some toast now and then.
Breakfast today doesn’t include cereal at all. Not because I don’t enjoy it; it just is what it is. And when you have adult money, well, you know. yolo
Jokes aside, these days breakfast includes blueberries, banana(s), avocado toast, or some combo of the three. Sometimes I’ll sprinkle in a bagel.
Eat breakfast; it’s a great way to start your day.
