My personal finance strategy: Part 6
Roth IRA
Max out your Roth IRA each year; you’ll thank yourself later. For 2025, the contribution limit is $7,000 ($8,000 if age 50 or older).*
If you’re focused on long-term goals and needs, along with investing, getting a Roth IRA and maxing it out each year is the way to go. Basically, it’s insurance for yourself.
I invest in a mix of stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds; diversification is what I am focused on. I work with Schwab, who I would argue has the best customer service of the bunch.
*Always consult your financial advisor. Because, well, I am not one.
